Our Mission

Our mission is to empower parents and other caregivers with the tools and knowledge to enrich their child’s development.

Our Philosophy

We believe that all children have the potential to be calm, communicative, and connected to the world around them

We believe that parents and caregivers are the best providers of intervention and we have seen their potential to change a child’s developmental trajectory

We believe that children’s individual strengths and sensitivities need to be recognized and gently challenged

We believe in treating developmental gaps rather than symptoms

We believe that empowered parents and caregivers are the best advocates for their children

How we work

Fuller Development is an Abu Dhabi-based registered consultancy for parents of children with special needs. It was started to fill a gap in the UAE market for developmental, relationship-centered therapy options. As a parent consultancy rather than a treatment center, parents are a key part of all sessions and parent attendance is mandatory.

An initial interview and case history forms will gather important information about the child’s background, including birth history, early milestone achievement, and parent concerns. Following a play-based assessment, possible intervention programs will be discussed and suggested.

Regular weekly or biweekly sessions focus on the consultant coaching the parent in intervention techniques.

Sessions can take place in our Playroom, in the client’s home, or at a public space like a park or play center.
